Managing location reservations efficiently is crucial for smooth operations, especially in a shared workspace. Bisner offers a straightforward interface for admins to handle these tasks, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly. This article will walk you through the steps of managing location reservations within the Bisner platform.
Accessing the Location Reservation Settings
To begin, navigate to the location reservation settings by hovering your mouse pointer over the cogwheel icon at the top right of your screen. Once there, go to the "Modules" section and click on "Location Reservations." This will open up the settings panel where you can manage various aspects of location reservations.
Time Slots
- Time slots are essential for structuring the availability of locations. To create a new time slot collection:
- Create a Collection: Click on the "New Collection" button. You'll need to give your collection a name—type it in and hit "Save."
- Select Active Days: Choose the days of the week when these slots will be active. The days highlighted in blue are the active ones.
- Add Time Slots: Enter the name for each time slot, along with the start and end times. If you need multiple slots, click on the "+ Add Time Slot" button and fill in the necessary details.
- Save Your Slots: Once all your slots are added, click "Save."
- If you need to manage existing time slots, find the collection you want to edit from the list, click on "Manage" on the right-hand side, make your changes, and save them.
Assign Time Slots
Assigning time slots to specific locations is straightforward:
- Select a Location: From the available list, choose the location you want to assign time slots to.
- Choose the Time Slot: Tick the checkbox next to the unit you’re working on, select the appropriate time slot from the drop-down menu, and click "Save."
Contact Tracing
The Contact Tracing feature provides vital insights into location reservations. This section displays details such as members, start and end times, units and status.
- You can filter the data by:
- Date Range: Narrow down the data to specific dates.
- Member Search: Find specific members quickly.
- Location and Units: Filter by location or unit for targeted information.
- At the bottom of the page, adjust the items per page (from 5 to 500) according to your needs.
- For data export, you have two options:
- Export Weekly: Use the "Export Weekly" button at the bottom left to export data weekly.
- Export CSV: Click "Export CSV" to download all items per page in CSV format.
