If a user forgets their password, they have two options:
- Contact an Administrator: Users can request a password reset from the administrator, who will send a reset email to their registered email address.
- Use "Forgot Password" Feature: Users can click on the "forgot password" button on the login page, enter their email address, and click on reset password and the password reset email will be sent to their inbox.
